What do I mean when I say I set the tone & mood on the day?
Aura Ceremonies creates a personalised experience throughout to deliver a ceremony that is unique, engaging and memorable... but for all the right reasons!
Your ceremony will set the perfect tone on the day to ensure your guests are in the mood to celebrate!
Package inclusions
- Agreed meetings and communication (unlimited email, phone) with couple to plan and confirm ceremony (content/structure), arrangements on the day.
- Ceremony planning, development (ceremony structure, content). Final ceremony sent to couple prior to the ceremony date.
- All correspondence, preparation, completion and lodgement of legal documentation (citing of original documents to complete Notice of intention to marry, declaration of no legal impediment to marry, happily ever after and relationship services brochures).
- Officiating at wedding ceremony including solemnization of marriage in accordance with the Marriage Act, 1961. Arrival at the venue at least 20minutes prior to agreed ceremony start time.
- Travel to the agreed ceremony location on the day and alternate wet weather venue within 10kms*
- Official Marriage Certificate (signing and registration). Please note: This certificate is your official marriage certificate and the only copy you will receive. You cannot request a copy or re-print. Please store this is a safe place.
- Rehearsal*
- Use of signing table/chair*
- Use of PA system and microphone*
* as discussed and required. All specifics are discussed during meetings and finalised by agreement.
What's not included?
- Any item that will be exchanged during the ceremony e.g rings or additional gifts
- Additional marriage registration certificate that can be used to change your name although, this can be ordered on your behalf at the additional cost at the time I registered your marriage with the relevant BDM https://www.nsw.gov.au/topics/marriages/marriage-certificates
- Additional items as discussed and agreed at the time of booking
What about music?
Music is perfect to incorporate during your ceremony and we can certainly discuss the incorporating music on the day. Music is often arranged by the couple in the form of a band or playlist provided by the couple and coordinated on the day by a nominated guest.
